Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team in Marktheidenfeld, Germany. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development, design, and implementation of advanced Controls Systems within our production assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and implement Controls Systems in and around production assembly.
Serve as the primary point of contact for solutions within the production plant, with a focus on manufacturing background and software development.
Extend and maintain our in-house developed Production MES (manufacturing execution system) and associated C# software.
Integrate new technologies and methodologies for data management and interpretation, utilizing SQL, Python, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Electricals, with a keen focus on machine safety and security implications.
Utilize expertise in PLC programming (Siemens PLC, snap7, Phoenix Contact) to automate machine processes.
Implement change requests and support the preparation of cost estimates and appropriation requests.

Der erfolgreiche Kandidat wird eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung, Gestaltung und Implementierung fortschrittlicher Steuersysteme innerhalb unserer Produktionsmontageprozesse spielen.
Hauptaufgaben:
Entwicklung, Gestaltung und Implementierung von Steuersystemen in und um die Produktionsmontage.
Als Hauptansprechpartner für Lösungen innerhalb des Produktionswerks fungieren, mit Schwerpunkt auf Fertigungshintergrund und Softwareentwicklung.
Erweitern und pflegen unser hausintern entwickeltes Produktions-MES (Fertigungsausführungssystem) und die dazugehörige C#-Software.
Integration neuer Technologien und Methoden für Datenmanagement und -interpretation unter Verwendung von SQL, Python, PHP, JavaScript usw.
Umfassendes Verständnis von Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Elektrik sicherstellen, mit besonderem Fokus auf Sicherheits- und Sicherheitsaspekte.
Fachkenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung (Siemens SPS, snap7, Phoenix Contact) zur Automatisierung von Maschinenprozessen.
Umsetzung von Änderungsanfragen und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kostenabschätzungen und Anträgen.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in Controls Engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in English and German languages.
Strong technical skills in PLC programming and software development.
Excellent knowledge of machine automation and manufacturing processes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a global team and adapt to changing project requirements.

Anforderungen:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Steuerungstechnik oder einer ähnlichen Position.
Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache.
